How we work
Ozu is built by a small team inside Inner Circle Studio. We move fast, ship real things, and care more about craft than headcount. Creative work lives on iPad; account and billing live on the web. The pipeline is a seven-room wizard for filmmakers — not a developer graph.
Every person here touches the product directly. There are no layers between an idea and the code that ships it.
What we value
- Craft over speed — We'd rather ship one thing that works than five things that almost do.
- Domain knowledge matters — You don't need to be a filmmaker, but you need to care about the problem.
- Autonomy — We don't micromanage. You own your work end to end.
- Honesty — Say what's broken, what's slow, what's wrong. That's how things get better.
